2. Bookings

Bookings may be made through our website, by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or through one of our travel consultants.

A booking is considered confirmed once:

• Availability has been confirmed.
• Any required deposit has been received.
• A written confirmation has been issued by Marvel Tours & Logistics.

Some activities, accommodations, and third-party services may require full payment before confirmation.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your quotation unless otherwise stated.

• Government taxes or park fees
• Exchange rate fluctuations

A confirmed quotation remains valid only for the period stated in the quotation.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, full payment must be received before travel begins.

5. Changes to Bookings

We understand that travel plans sometimes change. If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, modifications may:

• Incur additional costs from suppliers
• Require cancellation and rebooking

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the services booked. Refund eligibility may depend on:

• Notice provided before travel
• Hotel policies
• Tour operator policies
• National park regulations
• Airline or transport provider policies

Any non-refundable supplier fees will be deducted where applicable. Where possible, Marvel Tours & Logistics will work with suppliers to obtain the best available refund or credit.

7. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess:

• Valid passports
• Required visas
• Vaccination certificates (where required)
• Travel insurance
• Any other documentation required by immigration authorities

Marvel Tours & Logistics cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travelling. Your policy should ideally include:

• Medical expenses
• Emergency evacuation
• Trip cancellation
• Lost luggage
• Personal belongings
• Personal liability

Travel insurance provides valuable protection against unforeseen circumstances.

Many experiences involve wildlife and natural environments. Wild animals are unpredictable. Guests must:

• Follow guide instructions
• Maintain safe distances
• Never feed wildlife
• Respect national park regulations

Marvel Tours & Logistics cannot guarantee wildlife sightings.

11. Third-Party Services

Certain services are provided by carefully selected third-party suppliers, including hotels, lodges, airlines, national parks, activity operators, restaurants, and cruise operators. While we work only with reputable partners, Marvel Tours & Logistics is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures beyond our reasonable control.

12. Delays & Force Majeure

Marvel Tours & Logistics is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, political unrest, airline disruptions, border closures, or public health emergencies. Where possible, we will assist in making alternative arrangements.

13. Group Bookings

For group bookings, the primary organizer is responsible for providing accurate participant information, communicating itinerary details to group members, and ensuring required payments are received on time. Special terms may apply to conferences, incentive groups, educational tours, and large corporate events.

14. Limitation of Liability

Marvel Tours & Logistics will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services booked. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury resulting from negligence of third-party providers
• Loss of enjoyment due to circumstances outside our control
• Missed flights caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Indirect or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, itineraries may change, images are representative, prices may change without notice, and availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.
